How to get a quote?
You provide detailed drawings (PDF, STEP, IGS, or DWG) along with specifications including material, quantity, surface finish, required quality standards, and expected delivery date. The more complete the information, the faster and more accurate the quote.
Can I get a quotation without drawings?
Yes! Our engineers can create drawings based on your ideas. You can also provide samples, photos, or rough sketches with dimensions to help us prepare an accurate quotation.
Can you provide samples before mass production?
Of course, but you have to pay for the sample fee. If possible, it will be returned during mass production.
How do you control quality?
(1) Material Inspection – to check material surfaces and approximate dimensions.
(2) First inspection of production -to ensure critical dimensions in mass production.
(3) Sampling inspection – to check the quality before delivery to the warehouse.
(4) Pre-shipment inspection – 100% inspection by QC assistant before shipment.
Is it all right to make customer brand name?
Yes, OEM is welcome if the quantity above the MOQ.
What materials can you process?

What is the lead time for mold manufacturing?
Our standard lead time is 4–8 weeks, depending on mold complexity, size, and materials.

Yes, we offer professional mold maintenance, repair, and modification services to ensure long-term performance.

Do you provide post-processing services?
Yes, we handle assembly, labeling, ultrasonic welding, and custom packaging to deliver ready-to-use products.
What craftsmanship do you have for processing accessories?
According to different products, different processes and crafts are used, such as machining, extrusion, injection molding, etc.
What are your payment terms?
There are 5 options to pay the order: Bank Transfer; Western Union; Paypal; Payoneer, Alibaba Trade Assurance. Kindly choose the
